If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for refund within 7 days of receiving your item. All returned items must be unaltered, unworn and in salable condition. Most refunds will require the product to be sent back to our facility if it has already been shipped, but if it is not possible to ship the item back to our facility you might be eligible for a 50% refund.
We will issue refunds on items damaged in transit, and ONLY if we are unable to replace that item. We will require a photo of the damaged item. We will not issue refunds for items confiscated by your local Customs.
